This is BS. You only want to buy medicinal mushroom products that have been grown in the lab here in the USA under controlled environments without pesticides and chemical infusions. All our mushroom ingredients come from a lab, they are kosher, vegan and we post the testing here on this page.
Mushrooms take time to build up in our system, so for some people they feel more energy, or less anxiety within a few days, or potentially a week depending on your metabolism. While this answer is predicated on dose, we always suggest starting low and increasing slowly every 3- 5 days so not to overload the gut.

There are a lot of functional mushroom products hitting the market and a large number of them are actually using primarily fruiting bodies. The fruit is less expensive to harvest, which is the final stage of the mushroom cap so the profit margin is much higher.
In nature, the mycelium is the vegetative part of the fungus which grows in a labyrinthine mass and during this stage, the mycelium activates more compounds for gene expression than after the fruit is produced. This results in more mycological superheroes, such as beta glucans and triterpenoids, which are responsible for most of the antioxidant, neuroprotective and anti-inflammatory properties.

We always suggest checking with your healthcare provider if you are dealing with a chronic health condition and/or taking prescription medications. We also do not recommend usage of these products by pregnant and/or nursing women just to be safe and follow FDA guidelines.
As stated on our product label, we suggest between 100 and 200mg per day to begin. Stay with this for 2-3 days to be sure your body handles the nutrients well.

Because our functional mushroom products are dried, they last longer than the expiry date we’re required to state on the packaging. You will be able to consume without concern for at least six months beyond their expiry.
